Renovation works at a Sheltered Housing facility

The renovation works included:

• Scraping, filling, priming and latex-painting of the interior walls and ceilings
• Installation of new interior display cabinets
• Filling and decorative render applied to the façade
• The existing plinth replaced with stone cladding
• The entrance shopfront, worn from years of use, fully replaced with a new aluminium one
• The old fascia boards and eaves primed, painted and varnished
• The old, sun-damaged gutters and downpipes replaced with new ones
